Hickory Willow Swim Association Team Sponsorship Program
HWSA is a 501c3 non-profit organization made up of over 150 swimmers ranging in age from 5 to 18 years old. The team is based out of Stagg High School in Palos Hills. Your sponsorship will help underwrite the costs of our annual USA swim meets, support our conference, state and national teams as well as help finance new training equipment for the team. Level 1 Team Sponsorship offers maximum advertising exposure to thousands of potential customers by having your logo imprinted on the back of our annual team t-shirt. Your logo will also be posted on the home page of our website with a link to your business website for one year. HWSA athletes are required to wear the team t-shirt to both home and away swim meets. A typical weekend swim meet will attract 500 swimmers and nearly 1,000 spectators in the stands.
Sponsorship Levels & Pricing
Level 1 – Team Sponsor with business logo on t-shirt and team website home page with link to your company website for one year = $300
Level 2 – Team Sponsor with business logo on team website home page with link to your company website for one year = $100
Please send your completed contract with a sponsorship check made payable to Hickory Willow Swim Association to the P.O. Box listed below.
Please submit your company logo in print ready format. Large images reproduce best. Logos should be submitted to Tom Rieman, Head Coach at [email protected].
Level 1 team sponsors need to submit their logo by Friday, October 5 for inclusion on the team t-shirt. Thank you for your consideration. The success of our team and the benefits children derive from a swim program depend on sponsors like you.
